From 2007 to 2013, Gaylor was the defensive coordinator at Broken Arrow under head coaches Ron Lancaster and Steve Spavital. However, it was in the 2011 season when Gaylor’s defense helped guide the Tigers to a runner-up finish in Class 6A, while setting a school record for takeaways.
